The Creation of Island Bowls

A trip back home to Hawaii was the inspiration to bring local flavors of Hawaii to family and friends on the East Coast. Hawaii is such a special and sacred place, and bringing back some local favorites has been a highlight and pleasure to do.

Our Mission

Your health and wellness are important to us! Island Bowls' mission is to offer a diverse range of island-inspired flavors to our local community, prioritizing both physical and mental wellness while also pleasing your pallette! We offer meal options for various ages and stages and for most dietary requirements. All of our bowls are gluten and dairy-free. Our protein shakes are made with 20 grams of 100% vegan protein, and are free of gluten, dairy, and soy, while also being made with real fruit. And we use locally sourced ingredients when possible.

Our Journey, Then and Now

Our menu's journey began with Açaí Bowls, Spirulina Bowls, Sunshine Bowls, and Hawaiian Shave Ice (with or without ice cream, of course!).

We then grew to include New England favorites such as organic coffee (with island-inspired flavors such as our signature Coconut Kona Mocha),  tropical lemonades uniquely created by our amazing staff, breakfast sandwiches, bagels, baked goods, protein shakes, smoothies, and a larger variety of hot and iced coffee.

We have something for everyone, no matter what time of day it is!

Food Facts! 

Açaí is a sweet, tart, tropical Superfood rich in antioxidants, fiber and the heart-healthy fats Omega-3 and Omega-6.  Come and customize your bowls to satisfy your taste buds, your dietary needs and your mind-body energy. 

Spirulina is a blue-green algae that grows in various alkaline bodies of water.  It is rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, carotenoids and antioxidants. We blend our blue spirulina with pineapple for an island flavor.

Sunshine Bowls are a delicious blend of fresh strawberries and mango, a refreshing a healthy alternative.

Our Hawaiian Style Shave Ice is new to New Hampshire, bringing a rainbow of colors and flavors for everyone to enjoy!
